Any claims or complaints as to defect or short delivery must be made to the Company within 48 hours of receipt by the Purchaser of the goods.

Goods correctly supplied may not be returned without the Company's prior agreement. Should the Company agree to accept returns a handling charge may be made, based upon the full list price without discounts of any sort. For goods returned within three months of supply a handling charge of 5% of the list price will be applied and for goods returned after three months of delivery a handling charge of 10% of the list price will be applied. Any goods returned must be in saleable condition.

For all returns, except where the item is faulty, you will be required to arrange and pay for the return of the products to us. NOTE: To receive a refund, all products must be returned in a saleable condition, refunds can only be offered against the invoice value of the product/s, a refund will not be made for carriage charges.

To return any products to us, please:

  1. Complete the Returns Form which can be obtained and printed by clicking the most convenient link from this website:
    Web Page, Word File or Adobe pdf file.
  2. Make sure to tell us whether you want an Exchange or Refund.
  3. We recommend that you obtain proof of posting, since we cannot accept any responsibility for packages lost or damaged in transit.
  4. Pack the items safely, enclose the invoice and send it back to:
