Meet the Senior Management Team
Tony Phelps
Managing Director
Tony joined Helapet in 2014 leading the sales and marketing function before becoming Managing Director and being appointed to the Helapet board in 2022. Tony has over 30 years' experience in various medical device markets, built on an academic base of a MSc in Biomedical Sciences and is a Fellow of the Institute of Biomedical Science.
Dean Marsh
Operations Director
Joining the Helapet team in 2009 Dean has led the production, purchasing, warehousing and quality functions at Helapet, contributing significantly to the company's success in recent years. With over 30 years' experience in various production and processing industries, Dean was appointed Operations Director and Helapet Board member in 2022.
Hannah Hayward
Sales and Marketing Manager
Hannah joined Helapet as Sales and Marketing Manager in 2022. Hannah has a strong B2B sales background with more than 7 years' experience in sales and management within the medical devices market, where she worked closely with the NHS and private hospital groups. She has made a significant impact in her previous roles, overseeing numerous projects including the building of clinical support teams.
